Returns and Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policy is All Sales are Final for all custom designs. If you have a defective item then email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to determine next steps. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving a return authorization.
Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund email your request including your order number to email@example.com. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our products are shipped using the following carriers: USPS.
